  • National Honor Society

    Chapter: Mt. Erin Chapter

The National Honor Society (NHS) strives to recognize the whole student, one who excels in scholarship, leadership, character, and service.

Membership in the National Honor Society is among the highest honors that can be awarded to a high school student. Membership, however, is more than an honor. It carries with it certain privileges but also incurs a responsibility and an obligation to demonstrate those outstanding qualities that resulted in your selection. The NHS has worked hard to bring the accomplishments of outstanding students to the attention of parents, teachers, peers, and the community. Chapters in more than 15,000 high schools across the nation strive to give practical meaning to the Society’s goals of scholarship, character, service, and leadership.
  • Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica

The SHH is an honor society for high school students enrolled in Spanish and/or Portuguese, sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP).

The mission of the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica or Spanish Honor Society is to recognize high school achievement in Spanish and Portuguese and to promote interest in Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian studies.
  • Science National Honor Society

SNHS is a prominent scientific organization that will engender a new group of young thinkers who will be the future of industry, research, and scientific exploration for America.
