7th Grade Shadow Days

What is a Shadow Day?

7th Grade Shadow Day visits allow girls in 7th grade the opportunity to experience a half day at Incarnate Word High School. Students will be paired with an IWHS student to explore the campus, attend morning classes, and learn about all that IWHS has to offer. Lunch will be provided from 12:00-1:00pm. Parents are encouraged to attend lunch with their daughter where they will be able to ask questions to current students and an administrator. Drop-off begins at 7:45am and pick-up is at 1:00pm.

Shadow Day Instructions

To register your daughter for a Shadow Day, please select a date from the available calendar dates.

To ensure your confirmed shadow date. Please wait to receive a confirmation email.

Day of Shadow:

On your scheduled Shadow Day, we ask that you arrive between 7:45 a.m. and 8:00a.m. to be introduced to your host. *Pick up time is 1:00pm. Parents/guardians and students are invited to have lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm.

*Lunch will be provided.
*Students can be dropped off and picked up at the school's main lobby.
*Please wear your school uniform or jeans and school t-shirt if you do not have a uniform.
